Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of intentsmd.com (the “Service”), operated by Goldcote Ltd. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
intentsmd.com is a reference implementation of the open intents.md protocol. You can post “intents” — short public documents describing what you want, need or offer — to an open, agent-readable feed, and optionally pay to feature an intent on the Notice Board.
2. Your content
You are responsible for what you post. Intents are public and are rendered as plain text — no submitted content is ever executed. Do not post anything unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful, and do not post private information. We may remove or hide any intent at our discretion, including spam and illegal content.
3. Raising: featured slots
A “raise” places your intent in a disclosed, labelled featured slot for a limited window. There are two ways onto the board:
- Buy-Now — a fixed price for an instant featured slot, first-come, for the stated window.
- Bid — a free entry into a periodic auction. The highest bids win the available slots at each close, and only winners are asked to pay. If you don’t win, or don’t pay within the claim window, you are charged nothing.
A raise buys reach and placement only. It never buys organic ranking, a trust level, a review score, or any endorsement by us. Raised slots are always labelled as such. Prices, slot counts, timings and the reserve price are shown in the interface and may change.
4. Payments, finality and refunds
Payments are made in cryptocurrency via NowPayments. Crypto payments are irreversible, and all payments are final. We do not offer refunds for a featured slot that you have paid for and received.
The single exception: if a payment is confirmed but the slot cannot be provided — for example, a slot that was already taken, or whose claim window had passed, by the time your payment confirmed on-chain — we do not place the slot, and the order is flagged instead. In that case, email contact@goldcote.com with your order id and we will arrange a refund of that payment. Such refunds are handled manually and only for these unfulfilled orders.
You are responsible for paying the correct amount in a supported currency; underpayments, or payments made in unsupported assets or networks, may not be creditable.
5. No guarantee of results
We provide a place to post and to be seen. We do not guarantee any views, responses, matches or outcomes from posting or raising an intent.
6. Availability & changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and adjust the auction parameters, at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldcote Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for user-posted content, or for the acts or availability of third parties (including NowPayments and hosting providers). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
